I said hi

I explained who I was and how I knew her. She was friendly, and I was awkward. I felt like the unpopular girl talking to the popular one. She thought it was crazy that we were both in the same place in Arizona. We talked about mutual friends for a minute and her other interviews. Then that was it. She had to finish interviews and I had to work. Anticlimactic, but at least I have no "what ifs" on my plate.
