Intense
Yoga continues to surprise me in how much of a workout it is. Last weekend I went to a two-hour class with a guest teacher. I walked out feeling like I had been to a two-hour lifting session, and I spent the entire next day recovering. I registered for a yoga "intensive" in June: six hours of yoga/day for five days. After that one class, I decided to work on building my stamina. Now that all my classes are completely free (thanks to work-exchange), I've started taking the more advanced sessions 3-4 times per week (all 1.5 hrs long). Not to mention that I bike there and back (30-40 minutes).
