Yoga Flow
I do work exchange at two studios now: Yoga Flow and Yoga Oasis. I've posted a little about Yoga Oasis, but not much about Yoga Flow. It's several blocks north of downtown (about a forty-minute bike ride) and I usually attend class on Tuesday or Thursday for Hatha and the occasional Sunday for Ashtanga.
